TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Eric Scott LLC for consulting services, the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any standard terms and conditions they may have, even if those terms were established after the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications or exceptions to these terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices issued by Eric Scott LLC are due for payment within 21 working days, unless a different payment schedule is specified on the invoice or in the order confirmation. In the event of late payment, Eric Scott LLC reserves the right to charge a fixed interest fee of 10% on the outstanding balance. Additionally, Eric Scott LLC may suspend the provision of services without prior notice until payment is received.

3. Debt Recovery

If payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days past the due date, Eric Scott LLC reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. The client will be responsible for any legal fees incurred in the recovery of outstanding payments.

4. Withholding Taxes

Clients located in certain jurisdictions may be subject to withholding taxes as per local laws. The client is responsible for ensuring that any withholding taxes are paid to the appropriate tax authorities. Eric Scott LLC will not be liable for any costs associated with compliance to local tax legislation. The total amount invoiced remains due to Eric Scott LLC in full, exclusive of any local tax obligations.

5. Service Performance

Eric Scott LLC is committed to providing high-quality consulting services within the agreed timelines. However, no guarantees or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results are made. The client agrees that Eric Scott LLC shall not be held liable for any claims for damages made by third parties, including end consumers, arising from the services provided.

6. Claims Notification

To be considered valid, any claims regarding services or deliverables must be communicated to Eric Scott LLC in writing via recorded delivery to our registered office within 8 days of the delivery of services or goods.

7. Governing Law

All contractual relationships and agreements between the client and Eric Scott LLC shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
